2024 — High School Male Athlete of the Year — Football, Newbury Park High School

Shane is a two-way player who helped lead his Newbury Park team to the 2023 CIF finals as a junior. Shane caught 122 passes for 1,947 yards with 21 touchdowns. As a defensive back, he had 12 interceptions, including two touchdowns and had a kick return for a touchdown. One of the only players in California high school history with over 20 touchdowns and 10 interceptions, Shane made the 2023 All-CIF team.
