Benny Gealer is the only high school player selected to participate on the 2022 Maccabi Games Open Basketball Team in Israel this summer. From Palos Verdes Estates, the 4.8 GPA Valedictorian was a standout guard at Rolling Hills Prep High School. The 6’1” Point Guard was the Daily Breeze Player of the Year in 2021 when he led his team to the CIF 2AA title.

Over his 4 years playing Varsity basketball at Rolling Hills Prep under legendary high school coach, Harvey Kitani, Benny was named All Coastal Conference for 4 straight years, 2 years being the Coastal Conference MVP, 2 years Los Angeles Times First Team, 3 years Daily Breeze First Team, McDonald’s All-American Nominee, and 3 years all CIF Southern section First Team. In 2021, he was the CIF Southern Section Player of the Year, and won 2 CIF Southern Section Championships. He will be playing basketball at Stanford University beginning in the Fall of 2022.
