Diamond, Glenn

Glenn Diamond served as the first Executive Producer of Los Angeles Dodgers telecasts for Time-Warner Sportsnet LA from 2014-2015. Prior to returning to LA for the Dodger games, Glenn served as a senior coordinating producer for Ted Turner’s TBS cable network and lead producer for Sunday MLB on TBS. This included producing TBS’ MLB post-season coverage since 2007. Previously Diamond produced Atlanta Braves telecasts on TBS from 1985-2007 and NBA telecasts on TNT from 1984-1995, 2012-13. He defined the style of sports coverage and was involved with the 1996 Atlanta Summer Olympics, plus working hockey for the 1992 and 1998 Olympics.

The Sherman Oaks native attended Grant High School and then went to San Diego State through 1979. He started in televised baseball by working both the 1978 and 1979 World Series before migrating to Atlanta. He has won two Cable ‘Ace’ and five Southeast Regional Emmy awards for his sports coverage. He most recently served as producer for the 2016 American League playoffs on TBS. He still resides in Roswell, Georgia.
