Softball - 2024

Jodi Borenstein was an All-City softball standout at Chatsworth High School. She was also an All-City player in basketball, and earned West Valley Player of the Year. She won a gold medal at the 1994 Maccabi Games in softball, and a silver medal at the 1995 Maccabi Games in basketball. She then was a standout middle infielder for Cal State Northridge from 1996-2000, and won the Gary Torgenson Award in 2000.

Jodi started coaching in 2001 at CSUN as a grad assistant, becoming the Head Softball Coach at Taft High School from 2001-2004. From 2004-2015 she was the Assistant Coach at El Camino Real High School, and won two LA City titles before becoming head coach in 2016. Since then she has coached El Camino Real High to four LA City Titles (2016, 2019, 2021 and 2022). Jodi is a two-time Daily News Coach of the Year and also won the Los Angeles Times Coach of the Year honor in 2021.
